Cost estimate
If possible, we provide a variety of treatment cost estimates and prepare these according to the forms for the German health insurance system. GODENTA cooperates with several of highly-renown dental clinics in Gdansk. Please consult the information in the “Clinic selection” section and choose the preferred solution |

Making appointments with the selected dentist
If you have decided to use our assistance in undertaking a trip to Gdansk and/or dental treatment in the city, we will be happy to make your appointment with one of the local dental clinics and organize your stay during treatment. See the appropriate section for details. |

Support for the trip
If you prefer to, we will take care of reservations of flight tickets, bus tickets, car rental, and if you would prefer to use your own transport, we will provide you with appropriate information.

Stay, hotel reservation, accomodation
You may decide to stay at a wide variety of places, from a camping field to a five-star hotel. Please consult our hotel catalogue and think about your preferences – whether you would like to stay near the clinic, historical places, beaches, nightlife, shopping centers, public transport, the city core, or whether you would prefer a quiet, secluded environment.
Compare the standards, locations and prices of the options in our offer. Our lodging possibilities may not include a place that matches your expectations ? – in such cases we will do our best to satisfy you.
We may also take pictures of our accommodation and provide them to you via e-mail.
We do our best to provide the best options possible, usually for better prices than in portals or in official hotel price lists.

Transport services, taxi coupons
Once we know where you would like to stay and which clinics you have chosen to take care of your dental treatment, we may provide you with taxi coupons. You will pay a lump sum based on the forecast of travel costs between the airport and the hotel, or the hotel and the clinic. There is no need to worry about currency exchange.
We will refund the tickets which have not been used during your stay.
If there is a possibility, we pick up our clients from the airport or the bus station; we also take care of the transport between the hotel and the clinic – especially for disabled clients. |

Leisure time, sightseeing, tours
If you wish to have your free time organized (e.g. in the form of sightseeing, city tours, sport, ticket services), there is such a possibility – see “Gdansk info” and the list of our partners in the “Links” section. |

Mobile phone services
During your stay, you may be equipped with a mobile telephone with a Polish SIM card.
Thanks to this, you may cheaply be connected by your families and relatives who stayed at home, as well as you could reach your hotel, taxi service, clinic and emergency services.
All the important telephone numbers are put in the telephone’s address book when you receive it.
You may receive the telephone from the person picking them up from the airport, at the hotel, and will pay only for the telephone calls that you have made, which in Poland are relatively cheap. |

City plans / Road maps
Each of our clients gets a free up-to-date city plan (published by Copernicus) in the package which contains the confirmation of accommodation. If you decide to come to Gdansk with your own transport, you will also be provided with an appropriate map. We do not provide the clients with promotional leaflets containing city plans, but with renowned publications that may be acquired in bookshops or at petrol stations. |

Customer card
If you wish to have a customer card, we may provide you with one, containing your photograph (which should be sent to us beforehand). The card allows for identification in taxis, hotels, or clinics and may also be used to take advantage of our partners’ special offers. |

Take everything into consideration – we are where the action is, we take care of your best interest; we are not an intermediary who sits comfortably in an office at home, while customers are left out in the cold. |
